WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Graphic Design Intern at Louisville City FC (January 2016- July 2016)

• Collaborate with other interns and the Director of Graphic Design to create and organize graphic assets.

• Designed graphics for social media outlets, merchandise ads, radio station logo, partnership flyers, etc. through Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Lead the graphics department and helped transition into a new boss by leading and assuring that all assets were released on time for practices, games, events, etc.

Server at Impellizeri's Pizzeria (Summer 2015- Present)

• Conveyed a warm and positive environment for customers to enjoy their meal. 

• Composed a calm and understanding discussion when meal orders were not correct or were not as expected. 

• Adapted to order mix-ups and the busy dinner/lunch hours by staying focused and calm to also help my co-workers resolve stressful situations.

On-Campus Intern for Athlete Network (Spring semester 2015)

• Enhanced leadership skills by educating student-athletes about Athlete Network through emails, social media and word of mouth in order to encourage them to use the tools of networking available for them when they sign up. 

• Established professional relationships with the Athletic Directors and the Director of Intramural Sports to encourage the university and student-athletes to buy-in to the opportunities within Athlete Network.
